What is FuseBase Apps?

Custom apps that run on FuseBase for your team or clients.

Do I need to be a developer?

Build with AI coding tools, or ask our team to build it. Either way, test the app before launch.

Desktop app or CLI: what’s the difference?

With the Claude or Codex desktop app, the FuseBase plugin handles CLI setup for you. With the manual route, you install the FuseBase CLI yourself and use it with your coding tool. Both build the same kind of FuseBase apps.

Why can using my subscription cost less?

An eligible Claude or ChatGPT plan includes coding usage, so you can use what you already pay for instead of paying separately for API tokens. Savings depend on your plan and usage limits. AI services inside your finished app are billed separately.

Can I use an app outside a client portal?

Yes. Use it in a portal, internally, or as a standalone app. You choose the access.

How is this different from FuseBase Work?

Apps are tools people use. FuseBase Work (Powered by Paperclip) runs AI coworkers that can build or use them.

Can I connect the tools we already use?

Yes, through supported connections. Choose which information the app can read or update.
